Having worked in West Berkshire since 2004, I have supported many local owner managed businesses with their journey from a small start up to a successful thriving business. Watching and being part of this is why I continue to work in public practice.
Many of these businesses were borne by entrepreneurs often from very humble starting positions. Some started out in their spare room, garage, leaking conservatories!
Their grounded beginnings align with the values I’ve established for Aivilo.
