I spoke to Jenny Bowden today regarding an issue related to possible Capital Gains obligations in the UK. She provided me with extremely helpful advice, despite the fact that I was rather unprepared in furnishing useful details to her in relation to said matter! Furthermore, based on taking my family's details, she even provided me with advice related to another matter: my mum's lack of will, despite having mixed dementia. Her advice will be invaluable in helping me to move forward in this matter. I found Jenny to be intelligent, knowledgeable, kind and compassionate: I became rather emotional about my family difficulties and Jenny was very patient and understanding during the call. Since Jenny started up Aivilo Digital Accountancy she has been more than helpful with answering numerous questions for me, some of which may have seemed somewhat trivial to her but they were important to me. All of our accounts were produced, checked & approved & then submitted to HMRC in a very professional & timely manner which meant that the overall process of submitting our business accounts ran totally smoothly & stress free!!
